The space will include restaurants, cafes, and retail stores. The mezzanine will provide additional space for restaurants and cafes, and it will include a sky-bridge linking the cores of the hotel and office towers.

The hotel tower will be a boutique 5-star hotel with world-class amenities and services. The tower will have a total of 120 rooms, including suites and presidential suites. The hotel will feature a rooftop restaurant and bar, conference rooms, a spa, a gym, and an infinity pool.

The two office towers will be designed to provide premium office spaces for businesses of all sizes. The towers will have 8 and 7 floors each over the podium and will offer panoramic views of the city. The office towers will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including conference rooms, meeting rooms, and a business centre.

The landscaped podium will be located at the base of the three towers and will provide a tranquil oasis for office tenants and hotel guests. The podium will be designed with water features, green spaces, and seating areas. The complex will also have an underground parking lot with a capacity for 370 cars.
