Crucial to our vision is an abundance of both private gardens and public green spaces. At least 40% of the site will be made up of green areas for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy. It is in the mix of green spaces for families to develop privately as well as spaces for the whole community to enjoy together that we believe this development will become a beacon for the future of urban housing. 

With the villas we are reinterpreting the local stone house with its rich materials and traditional shading elements, and creating a modern house, that will merge the best qualities from traditional houses with cutting edge high quality sustainable architectural design. This will integrate the development into the existing surroundings, and still stand out as an exceptional space for modern living.  

There are 24 villas, which are a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom houses all with private garden and swimming pool. The terraced houses are designed as double units, with a shared entrance and swimming pool area. They all have a private garden as well as balconies, with all outdoor area to have shading covers. In total there are 80 apartments all containing between one and three bedrooms.
